Something NEW for K-5 students and parents!

The NCOE family would like to wish these two WONDERFUL ladies (Kelli and Wanda) a very HAPPY RETIREMENT!
THANK YOU for all the years of dedication to the Norris City-Omaha-Enfield CUSD 3 District! ENJOY!

Jalynn Phillips was recently selected to represent Norris City Omaha Enfield and Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative during the Illinois Electric and Telephone Cooperative Youth Day.
Jalynn was selected through a competitive application and interview process to participate in our annual Youth Tour to Washington, D.C. This honor is reserved for outstanding students who demonstrate leadership potential, strong communication skills and a commitment to their communities.
Sponsored by Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative, the Youth Tour is an all-expense-paid, weeklong leadership experience in Washington, D.C., taking place June 15-22, 2026. This year, 52 Illinois students were selected to participate.
During the tour, delegates will meet with Senator Dick Durbin, explore our nation’s capital, visit historic landmarks and memorials, and engage in leadership development activities. Students also learn about the cooperative business model and how local electric and telephone cooperatives serve their communities.
Congratulations again to Jalynn on this outstanding accomplishment. I am confident she will be an excellent representative of NCOE.
