To coincide with the fall season, the Intro to FACS classes prepare apple spice oatmeal for their first graded food lab as part of their 'grains' unit in the newly renovated home economics room.

NCOE High School invites everyone to come check out the new floors, doors, and Home Economics room on Dairy Day 7:30-10:00 AM. While you are here grab some breakfast from the Junior Class in the cafeteria. Breakfast tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the door. We hope to see you there!
