***Update on Little GEC tournament*** NCOE JR. HIGH BASKETBALL: NCOE will be playing Crab Orchard at Crab Orchard, Wednesday, January 17th at 6:00pm.
*** NCOE JR. HIGH BASKETBALL *** The Little GEC Conference Tournament, Due to weather conditions, NCOE will play Crab Orchard on Wednesday at 7:30 at Pope Co.
Due to the winter weather conditions, there will not be school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16th, throughout the NCOE school district. Everyone please stay safe and warm!
***Basketball Update*** The game against Grayville on 1/13 will be Varsity only. The JV game has been canceled. Varsity game will start at 6pm.

There was a pretty special moment at the Grade School, as Chris and Lora Marsh were asked to present a new vehicle to our our own Ms. Vickie Dobson. She became very emotional when she found out that it was an anonymous gift! Thank you to whoever felt led to show this kind of generosity!





Jr. High Basketball Conference Tourney - First game(Jan. 11) will be played at NCOE Elementary. All other games will be played at Pope County.

Congratulations to the following NCOE High School students on being accepted to audition and play in the 2024 Quad-State Honor Band Festival February 22nd-24th at Murray State University.

Elizabeth Bramlet - Clarinet
Jaleigh Sullivan - Flute
Journee Williams - Flute
Hayden Bowles - Euphonium
Taylor Corbett - Tenor Sax
These 8 students will audition alongside 450 other high school band students from 53 different schools from the quad state area. This is the most Norris City has ever had accepted and we couldn't be more proud of them.
Report Cards went home yesterday.

We would like to congratulate our December Employees of the Month, Mr. Stephen Humphrey and Mrs. Heather Savage. We are thankful for what each of you do for everyone in the district!


Thank you to Adam Zimmerman and IL State Police Troop 9 with providing our staff with Trauma Response, Narcan, and Stop The Bleed training today!


December 19th Info to Know.....

Today is not only the last day before Christmas break, it is the last day ever for one of our cooks, Mrs. Jamie. Mrs. Jamie is retiring after 33 years in the district! We are thankful for all your years serving the students here, and we hope you enjoy your retirement!
