A 7th grade student at NCOE Elementary has had some pretty serious surgeries the last couple of weeks at Indianapolis on his heart. Wear blue on Monday to show Jaxon Lamp we're with him! Get well soon Jaxon!

Holiday World was a hit for their last trip as 8th graders. High School.... here they come!


Underclassmen Awards are Friday 5/19 at 1:50.

Thank you to our NCOE High School chemistry students for coming over and giving a fire snake science demonstration to the 6th grade classes. Always a lot of fun to have our high schoolers over with some hands on teaching.



Congratulations to Hadley Douglass & Karsyn Russell on having their Haiku poems chosen to be published in the Young American Poetry Digest! Great work girls!


NCOE Elementary held their We Care Graduation yesterday. Congratulations to all the 5th graders on completing the program and congratulations to the We Care Citizenship Winner from Mrs. Westfall's class Henley Tharp, We Care Essay Winner from Mrs. Westfall's class Sophie Rush, We Care Essay Winner from Mrs. Reeve's class Briar Ridge and We Care Citizenship Winner from Mrs. Reeve's class Timothy Garrett.

Summer Reading Fun at the Norris City Memorial Library!


Today's softball game has been cancelled. The next game will be Regionals Wednesday 5/17 at 4:30 at Waltonville against Crab Orchard.

TODAY'S REGIONAL BASEBALL GAME VS GALLATIN COUNTY WILL BE PLAYED AT SOUTHEASTERN ILLINOIS COLLEGE. START TIME STILL 4:30 AND THEY ARE CHARGING $5 ADMISSION

Reminder for any band or choir parent or anyone looking to
support the NCOE music program:
We are looking for a group of volunteers to come together to
meet maybe once a month to work together in organizing,
planning events and parades, and helping with fundraisers.
There are some details to work out but we are excited to hold
an informational meeting for anyone interested in volunteering
on Monday, May 15 th at 6:00 PM at NCOE High School
Auditorium. Please feel free to reach out with any questions to
Deon Hall, Devin Lane, or Courtney McArthy. We hope you can
come join us. We thank Mr.Neff for what he does to build up
the music program. We are excited to see the future plans for it
and how it continues to grow!

Graduation at 6:00 tonight, doors will open at 5:15.
