State Scholars are "the best and the brightest" of Illinois high school seniors in the Class of 2023. The combination of exemplary college assessment examination scores and record of high school achievement indicates a high potential for success in college. While the accolade does not have a monetary value, being designated a State Scholar is a prestigious honor on an academic resume.
NCOE State Scholars are Keegan McDonald, Joel Hortin, Lydia Vinyard, & Amanda Bradley
