This is a list of health requirements needed for incoming students for the 2022-2023 school year. All health exams and forms should be turned in by the exclusion date of October 15, 2022. If you have any questions, please reach out to the school nurses, Kim or Courtney.

K-Physical exam, vision exam, dental exam, updated shot record, lead screening
2 nd -Dental exam
6 th -Physical exam, dental exam, updated shot record
9 th -Physical exam, dental exam
12 th -Updated shot record with 2 nd dose of Meningococcal vaccine
If a child has moved into the school district, please reach out to the school nurse to find out what is required.
Dental Safari will be coming to Booth, NCOE Elementary and to NCOE High School this fall. Remember to get your child’s form turned in to be seen at his/her school.

We would also like to congratulate Coach Melton on her 400th career win!!


Congratulations to the volleyball team on their NCOE TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP!! The girls are off to a 12-0 start! A shout out to the Red Army for all the energy they brought to the games!



Mrs. Joyce Masser poses with Mrs. Marsha Humphrey, the writer and director, and the cast of the NCOE high school's upcoming fall dinner theater, "Murder, Martians, and the Enfield Monster." Mrs. Masser is the widow of the late Trooper Dale Masser of the Illinois State Police and the first officer on-scene the night the Enfield monster was first reported.
